How should I prepare for my appointment?

Information: Ideally, please bring your architectural drawings and specifications. That will allow us to efficiently offer you the most appropriate products.

Inspiration: Bring images or materials that reflect the design inspiration for your project. This helps us to understand your vision and help you find the products you want. Feel free to browse our Instagram account for ideas!

Trade Professionals: It‘s vitally important for us to know who you are working with so that we can communicate proactively with everyone involved.

Budget: Please come prepared to discuss your budget. We can find solutions for almost every price point, but it’s important for our project managers to understand your objectives in order to help you choose the most appropriate products.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times vary. Some manufacturers keep stock and their items can be shipped quickly. Custom hardware orders require advance planning to accommodate pattern making, engineering and prototypes prior to the actual manufacturing process. Custom lead times can be anywhere from 10-12 weeks or longer.

Do you have an installer?

Yes. We can recommend independent installers who will inform you of their availability and costs.

Can you do a walk-through of a project ?

Yes. Walk-throughs are always valuable to assess existing conditions and planned changes.

Are you proficient with complex security systems?
